What to expect?

Who can use this device?
DEESS 586 should only be used on Fitzpatrick IV skin tones and works best on darker hair colors.
IPL is effective on naturally black, brown and darker blonde hair, but may not be as effective on red, white, gray or very light blonde hair. White and gray hair does not contain enough melanin to absorb light energy. Red hair contains a different type of melanin that does not respond to IPL.

Where can I use it?
